Cancellation Policy
14 days prior to arrival
Full Refund Minus $50 Fee:
If a reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, the guest will receive a full refund of the total booking amount, minus a $50 cancellation fee. This $50 fee helps us cover administrative costs associated with managing the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Within 14 Days
Partial Refund:
If you have to cancel within the 14 day cancellation, and we are able to rebook the exact days for the exact amount that you originally reserved for, we will refund your reservation 50%.
Third Party Reservations
For our guests who reserve through third party platforms, and would need
to cancel their reservation, they will need to call the specific platform they originally booked with. They will determine what the cancelation protocol is for your specific reservation and will communicate to us what your refund is.
